narmadā vimalāmbhā ca vimalenduśubhānanā | tamobhūte mahāghore yasmādeṣā mahāprabhā

Translation

นางมีพระนามว่า ‘นรมทา’, ‘วิมลามภา’ (ผู้มีสายน้ำบริสุทธิ์) และ ‘วิมเลนทุ-ศุภานนา’ (ผู้มีพระพักตร์งามดุจจันทร์ไร้มลทิน) และเพราะในความมืดอันน่ากลัวนางยังส่องประกายด้วยรัศมีใหญ่หลวง นางจึงชื่อว่า ‘มหาปรภา’ ผู้รุ่งเรืองยิ่ง
