शिरः सर्वात्मने पूज्य उमां पश्चात्प्रपूजयेत् । क्षामोदरायैह्युदरं सुकण्ठायै च कण्ठकम्

śiraḥ sarvātmane pūjya umāṃ paścātprapūjayet | kṣāmodarāyaihyudaraṃ sukaṇṭhāyai ca kaṇṭhakam

เมื่อบูชาศีรษะด้วย “นอบน้อมแด่สรรวาตมัน ผู้เป็นวิญญาณแห่งสรรพสิ่ง” แล้ว พึงบูชาอุมาโดยชอบ—บูชาพระอุทรของนางว่า “กษาโมทรา” และบูชาพระศอว่า “สุกัณฐา”
