द्विज उवाच । कः क्रीडति सरोषेण निर्भयो हि महाहिना । मृत्युदृष्टोतरेणापि मम धेनुं नयेत यः
dvija uvāca | kaḥ krīḍati saroṣeṇa nirbhayo hi mahāhinā | mṛtyudṛṣṭotareṇāpi mama dhenuṃ nayeta yaḥ
พราหมณ์กล่าวว่า “ผู้ใดเล่าจะเล่นสนุกด้วยโทสะ โดยไม่หวาดหวั่นต่อมหานาค? ผู้ใดเล่ากล้าพาโคของเราไป แม้ถูกสายตาแห่งมัจจุราชหมายไว้แล้ว?”
