प्रोवाच तं मुहूर्तेन ब्राह्मणो विस्मयान्वितः । किमथ तद्बटो ब्रूहि किं करोमि तवेप्सितम्
provāca taṃ muhūrtena brāhmaṇo vismayānvitaḥ | kimatha tadbaṭo brūhi kiṃ karomi tavepsitam
ครั้นล่วงไปชั่วครู่ พราหมณ์ผู้เปี่ยมด้วยความพิศวงจึงกล่าวแก่เขาว่า “โอ้บฏุ! เจ้ามาด้วยเหตุใด จงบอกมาเถิด เราจะกระทำการปรนนิบัติอันใดตามที่เจ้าปรารถนา”
