माण्डव्यमृषिमुत्तार्य जयशब्दादिमङ्गलैः । विवाहयित्वा तां कन्यां माण्डव्यर्षिपुंगवः

māṇḍavyamṛṣimuttārya jayaśabdādimaṅgalaiḥ | vivāhayitvā tāṃ kanyāṃ māṇḍavyarṣipuṃgavaḥ

ครั้นอัญเชิญฤๅษีมาณฑวยะด้วยพิธีมงคลเริ่มด้วยเสียง “ชัย!” แล้ว มาณฑวยะผู้ประเสริฐดุจโคอุสภะในหมู่ฤๅษี ได้ประกอบพิธีอภิเษกสมรสกับกุมารีนั้นโดยชอบธรรม
