तत्र तीर्थे तु यद्दानं रविमुद्दिश्य दीयते । विधिना पात्रविप्राय तस्यान्तो नास्ति कर्हिचित्
tatra tīrthe tu yaddānaṃ ravimuddiśya dīyate | vidhinā pātraviprāya tasyānto nāsti karhicit
ณตถาคตสถานที่เป็นทีรถะนั้น ทานใดที่ถวายอุทิศแด่พระรวิเทพ (สุริยเทพ) ตามพิธีอันถูกต้องแก่พราหมณ์ผู้สมควร บุญกุศลของทานนั้นย่อมไม่มีที่สิ้นสุดในกาลใดๆ

Scene: A sun-lit riverbank tīrtha on Revā; a donor offers gifts with water-libation (udaka) and saṅkalpa to Ravi; a learned brāhmaṇa receives; the Sun-disc radiates above the river.
Dāna becomes especially inexhaustible when offered with correct intention (to the deity) and correct recipient (a worthy brāhmaṇa) at a tīrtha.
