ततस्तस्यामतीतायां सन्ध्यायां नृपसत्तम । शेषं मानुष्यमेकं तु काले वर्षशतं स्थितम्
tatastasyāmatītāyāṃ sandhyāyāṃ nṛpasattama | śeṣaṃ mānuṣyamekaṃ tu kāle varṣaśataṃ sthitam
ครั้นแล้ว โอ้พระราชาผู้ประเสริฐ เมื่อกาลสนธยาอันนั้นล่วงไป เหลือเพียงช่วงอายุมนุษย์หนึ่งเดียว; แต่ตามกระแสกาลกลับดำรงอยู่นานถึงหนึ่งร้อยปี
