स्मरमाणः पुरावृत्तं चिन्तयामि पुनःपुनः । एवं संचिन्त्य ते देवाः पितामहमहेश्वराः
smaramāṇaḥ purāvṛttaṃ cintayāmi punaḥpunaḥ | evaṃ saṃcintya te devāḥ pitāmahamaheśvarāḥ
เมื่อระลึกถึงเหตุการณ์ในกาลก่อน เราก็ใคร่ครวญซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า ครั้นคิดพิจารณาเช่นนี้ เหล่าเทพนั้นคือ ปิตามหะ (พรหมา) และมหेशวร (ศิวะ) ก็ร่วมไตร่ตรองด้วย
