तस्मिन्नपि महाघोरे यथेयं वा मृता सती । परितुष्टैर्विभक्ता च शृणुध्वं तां कथामिमाम्
tasminnapi mahāghore yatheyaṃ vā mṛtā satī | parituṣṭairvibhaktā ca śṛṇudhvaṃ tāṃ kathāmimām
แม้ในกาลอันมหาน่าสะพรึงนั้น สัจธรรมอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์นี้ก็ประหนึ่งดับสูญดุจตายไป แต่ด้วยเหล่าสิทธะผู้เปี่ยมความอิ่มเอมได้แบ่งปันและธำรงไว้ จึงยังดำรงอยู่—บัดนี้จงสดับเรื่องนี้เถิด
