Agnikārya and Homa Procedure
कल्पयित्वासनं वह्नौ तत्रावाह्य यथापुरा । संपूज्य देवं देवीं च ततः पूर्णांतमाचरेत्
kalpayitvāsanaṃ vahnau tatrāvāhya yathāpurā | saṃpūjya devaṃ devīṃ ca tataḥ pūrṇāṃtamācaret
เมื่อจัดที่นั่งในไฟศักดิ์สิทธิ์แล้ว พึงอัญเชิญ (พระศิวะ) ณ ที่นั้นดังที่เคยทำมา ครั้นบูชาพระผู้เป็นเจ้าและพระเทวีร่วมกันโดยครบถ้วนแล้ว จึงประกอบพิธีปิดท้ายด้วยปูรณาหุติให้สมบูรณ์.

The verse reflects Saguna upāsanā: Śiva is invoked (āvāhana) and worshipped in a concrete ritual setting (fire/altar), and the worship is explicitly paired with Devī—highlighting the Shiva–Shakti unity central to temple/Liṅga and homa traditions.
It points to a homa-based completion practice: prepare the sacred seat/altar, invoke the deity, perform full worship, then offer the concluding pūrṇāhuti—ideally accompanied by steady japa (such as the pañcākṣarī, “Om Namaḥ Śivāya”) as the mind’s inner offering.
