बुद्धिं प्रसूते सा बुद्धिरहंकारमहंकृतिः । इन्द्रियाणि दशैकं च तन्मात्रापञ्चकं तथा

buddhiṃ prasūte sā buddhirahaṃkāramahaṃkṛtiḥ | indriyāṇi daśaikaṃ ca tanmātrāpañcakaṃ tathā

จากสิ่งนั้นบังเกิดพุทธิ (ปัญญา); จากพุทธินั้นเกิดอะหังการ ผู้ก่อความรู้สึกว่า ‘เรา’. จากอะหังการจึงเกิดอินทรีย์สิบกับมโนรวมเป็นสิบเอ็ด และเกิดตन्मาตระทั้งห้าด้วย
