स रोरुवदभि पूर्वा अचिक्रददुपारुहः श्रथयन्त्स्वादते हरिः । तिरः पवित्रं परियन्नुरु ज्रयो नि शर्याणि दधते देव आ वरम् ॥
sá rórūvad abhí pū́rvā acíkradad upā́ruhaḥ śráthayan svā́date háriḥ | tiráḥ pavítraṃ paríyann urú járyo ní śáryāṇi dadhate devá ā́ váram ||
เขาคำรามและร้องก้องเหนือรากฐานอันโบราณ; ไต่สูงขึ้น ผู้มีสีเหลืองอมน้ำตาล (hari) คลายสิ่งที่รัดรึงและทำให้เกิดความหวาน. ครั้นข้ามเครื่องกรองปวิตระ (pavitra) เวียนไปตามวิถีกว้างไกล พระเจ้าย่อมวางลงซึ่งการเคลื่อนไหวอันรวดเร็วของตน และมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศที่ทรงเลือกไว้
