ā́ ihá harī́ brahma-yújā śagmā́ vakṣataḥ sákhāyam | gī́rbʰiḥ śrutáṃ gírvaṇasam ||

มาเถิด มาที่นี่—ขอให้ม้าสองตัวสีทองแดง ผู้ถูกเทียมด้วยพระวาจาอันศักดิ์สิทธิ์ (brahma-yujā) นำพาสหาย ผู้ทรงพลังมา; ผู้ซึ่งเราทำให้เป็นที่ได้ยินด้วยบทเพลงสรรเสริญ—อินทระ (Indra) ผู้รับสรรเสริญทั้งหลาย.
