मा काकम्बीरमुद्वृहो वनस्पतिमशस्तीर्वि हि नीनशः । मोत सूरो अह एवा चन ग्रीवा आदधते वेः ॥

mā́ kākambī́ram úd vṛhaḥ vánaspátim áśastīr ví hí nī́naśaḥ | mót sū́ro áhar íti evā́ cana grīvā́ ā́dadhate véḥ ||

อย่าถอนต้นกากัมพีระ (kākambīra) ขึ้นทั้งราก; กำลังอันถูกกล่าวร้ายย่อมทำให้มนุษย์กระจัดกระจายไปหลายทาง. ขออย่าให้ “วีรบุรุษ” กล่าวว่า “เป็นกลางวัน” แล้วกลับวางบ่วงที่คอ—ขออย่าให้สรรพชีวิตถูกจับด้วยความสว่างลวง
