शग्धि वाजस्य सुभग प्रजावतोऽग्ने बृहतो अध्वरे । सं राया भूयसा सृज मयोभुना तुविद्युम्न यशस्वता ॥

Transliteration

śagdhí vā́jasya subhaga prajā́vato’gne bṛható adhvaré | sáṃ rāyā́ bhū́yasā sṛja mayobhúnā tuv́idyumna yaśásvatā ||

Translation

โอ อัคนี (Agni) ผู้ส่องประกายและประทานสิริมงคล ในพิธีบูชาอันกว้างใหญ่และมุ่งสูง (adhvara) ขอทรงประทานความบริบูรณ์แห่งพลังและชัยเดช (vāja) อันอุดมด้วยบุตรหลานและความงอกงามแก่เรา และขอทรงผูกเราไว้ด้วยทรัพย์และความอุดมยิ่งขึ้น (rāyā) โดยฤทธิ์ที่ก่อให้เกิดความรื่นรมย์ (mayobhū) ขอทรงสร้างเกียรติยศและชัยชื่ออันไพศาล
