Transliteration
stutā́so no marúto mṛḷayantū́ta stutó maghávā śámbhaviṣṭhaḥ | ūrdhvā́ naḥ santu komyā́ vánāny áhāni víśvā maruto jigīṣā́ ||
Translation
ขอให้มารุตทั้งหลาย (Maruts) เมื่อได้รับการสรรเสริญแล้ว จงเมตตาแก่เรา; และขอให้อินทรา (Indra) ผู้เอื้อเฟื้อ—ผู้สามารถยิ่งในการนำความผาสุกอันแท้จริง—จงมีกำลังขึ้นด้วยบทสรรเสริญของเรา. ขอให้ความงอกงามอันพึงปรารถนาของเรา และวันคืนทั้งปวง ยกสูงขึ้น—โอ มารุต—มุ่งสู่เจตจำนงแห่งชัยชนะ (เพื่อปราบการเคลื่อนไหวอันต่ำลง).
