मध्वः सोमस्याश्विना मदाय प्रत्नो होता विवासते वाम् । बर्हिष्मती रातिर्विश्रिता गीरिषा यातं नासत्योप वाजैः ॥

mádhvaḥ sómasyāśvinā madā́ya pratnó hótā vivāsate vām | barhíṣmatī rātír víśritā gī́r iṣā́ yātaṁ nāsatyópa vā́jaiḥ ||

เพื่อความปีติแห่งโสมะ (Soma) อันหวานดุจน้ำผึ้ง โอ อัศวิน (Aśvins) โหตฤ (Hotṛ) ผู้โบราณเรียกท่านทั้งสองสู่การบูชา. ของทานได้แผ่กว้างบนบัรหิส (barhis) และวาจาถูกปลดปล่อยด้วยแรงผลักแห่งโภชนาการ; โอ นาสัตยะ (Nāsatyas) จงมาใกล้พร้อมพลังวาชะ (vāja)—ความบริบูรณ์แห่งพลังชัยชนะ.
