Indrajit–Lakshmana Battle and the Rallying of the Vanaras
स यन्तरिमहातेजाहतेमन्दोदरीसुतः ।स्वयंसारथ्यमकरोत्सुनश्चधनुरस्प ृशत् ।।।।

When the charioteer got killed, the brilliant son of Mandodari, played the role of charioteer and wielded the bow again.
It highlights steadfastness in one’s chosen duty: even amid loss, Indrajit continues the responsibilities needed to sustain his side in battle. The verse illustrates resolve and competence, though not necessarily moral rightness of the cause.
Indrajit’s charioteer has been killed; Indrajit personally assumes the charioteer’s function and resumes archery.
Resourcefulness and determination under pressure—quickly adapting to battlefield disruption.
