Concept: Righteously earned wealth becomes ‘akṣaya’ (inexhaustible) when offered as dāna to ancestors, gods, and the twice-born—transforming artha into merit.
Application: Earn honestly; set aside a portion for charity and ritual obligations (pitṛ-tarpaṇa, temple support, feeding learned/poor); treat giving as spiritual investment, not loss.
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta

Sandhi Resolution Notes: एभिर्न्यायार्जितम् = एभिः + न्यायार्जितम्। चाक्षयमश्नुते = च + अक्षयम् + अश्नुते।
It teaches that wealth earned ethically (nyāya) becomes a source of inexhaustible merit when it is given in charity to the proper recipients—ancestors, deities, and the learned/initiated (dvijas).
Because the moral quality of the means of earning is part of dharma; charity is presented as spiritually fruitful when the wealth itself is acquired without injustice or deceit.
Akṣaya indicates lasting spiritual fruit (puṇya): the merit generated by rightful giving is described as enduring rather than quickly consumed or nullified.
