It teaches that tīrtha-snāna at Rāma-tīrtha, especially when joined with mantra-japa and śrāddha, has the power to dissolve accumulated impurity and obstacles connected with ancestral obligations.
By linking sacred bathing and śrāddha to mantra-recitation, the verse emphasizes devotional remembrance (mantra) as the inner force that makes ritual acts spiritually transformative.
Kalpa (ritual procedure) is implied: the sequence of mantra-recited snāna followed by śrāddha, showing how rite-order and correct observance are central to obtaining the stated phala (result).
