Narada (teaching within the Uttara-Bhaga tirtha-mahātmya context)
Vrata: none
Rasa: {"primary_rasa":"bhakti","secondary_rasa":"adbhuta","emotional_journey":"Begins with mantra-and-flower worship and culminates in the awe of ‘endless’ merit through daily Gaṅgā offering."}
It teaches that sincere worship—supported by mantra and simple offerings—when dedicated to the sacred Gaṅgā as a tīrtha yields inexhaustible religious merit (puṇya).
Bhakti is shown as practical and accessible: worship is done ‘according to one’s capacity’ (śaktitaḥ), emphasizing heartfelt devotion over display, and the act is offered daily as a steady devotional discipline.
The verse highlights mantra-prayoga (practical application of mantras) within ritual practice—an applied aspect connected with Vedic ritual discipline rather than technical grammar or astrology.
