समिद्भिर्वा तदुत्थाभिर्यशः प्राप्नोति वाक्पतेः । राजवृक्षसमुद्भूतैः प्रसूनैर्मधुराप्लुतैः ॥ १०८ ॥

samidbhirvā tadutthābhiryaśaḥ prāpnoti vākpateḥ | rājavṛkṣasamudbhūtaiḥ prasūnairmadhurāplutaiḥ || 108 ||

เมื่อถวายฟืนบูชา (สมิธ) ที่เกิดจากสิ่งนั้น หรือสิ่งที่งอกเงยจากมัน ย่อมได้ยศและพระกรุณาแห่งวากปติ ผู้เป็นเจ้าแห่งวาจา อีกทั้งการถวายดอกไม้ที่เกิดจากราชพฤกษ์ซึ่งชุ่มด้วยรสหวาน ก็ยังนำมาซึ่งเกียรติยศเช่นกัน
