จะเป็นการกักไว้หรือการปล่อยออก ผู้ไร้อำนาจย่อมทำเป็นอื่นไม่ได้. ในครรภ์ย่อมมีตัวอ่อนเกิดขึ้น และผู้อื่นก็เกิดมา—ล้วนอยู่ใต้แรงบังคับแห่งกฎนั้น॥๕๓॥
