Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā

लग्नांशाद्ग्रहयुग्दृष्ट्वा वर्णान्बलयुताद्वदेत् । दृक्समानप्रमाणांश्च इष्टे रेखां स्मरस्थितैः ॥ ३५ ॥

lagnāṃśādgrahayugdṛṣṭvā varṇānbalayutādvadet | dṛksamānapramāṇāṃśca iṣṭe rekhāṃ smarasthitaiḥ || 35 ||

เมื่อพิจารณาคู่ของดาวเคราะห์ตามองศาลัคนาแล้ว พึงกล่าวถึงวรรณะตามกำลังของดาวนั้น ๆ และพึงบันทึกองศาที่มีขนาดทัศนะ (แอสเปกต์) เท่ากัน โดยระลึกถึง ‘เรขา’ ที่ต้องการแล้วจัดวางให้ถูกตำแหน่ง
