व्ययश्चक्रियत कस्मात्कामप्राप्त्युपलक्षणः । मुत्रश्चेत्परमार्थाख्यः सोऽप्यन्यस्य नरेश्वर ॥ १८ ॥

vyayaścakriyata kasmātkāmaprāptyupalakṣaṇaḥ | mutraścetparamārthākhyaḥ so'pyanyasya nareśvara || 18 ||

แล้วเหตุใดจึงมีการใช้จ่ายเล่า ในเมื่อมันเป็นเพียงเครื่องหมายแห่งการได้สมปรารถนา? และหากเรียกปัสสาวะว่า ‘ปรมารถะ’ โอ้พระราชา แม้สิ่งนั้นก็ยังเป็นของผู้อื่น.
