Chapter 55
रथशक्तिममित्राणां प्रागेव निपतद् भुवि । सो5पयात् सहसा पश्चात् साहसाच्चाभ्युपेयिवान्
rathaśaktim amitrāṇāṃ prāg eva nipatad bhuvi | so 'payāt sahasā paścāt sāhasāc cābhyupeyivān |
ไวศัมปายนะกล่าวว่า—อรชุนได้ฟาดอาวุธรถของศัตรูให้ตกลงสู่พื้นดินเสียก่อนแล้ว จากนั้นเขาเห็นว่าการฆ่าผู้ที่ไร้ทางสู้เป็นความห้าวหาญที่ไม่สมควร จึงถอยออกจากที่นั้น; แต่เมื่อเห็นพวกเขากลับเตรียมตัวจะรบอีก เขาจึงย้อนกลับมาเผชิญหน้าอีกครั้ง
