खाण्डवदाहे देवविमुखता तथा मयदानवाभयदानम् | Khāṇḍava Burning: Devas Withdraw; Maya Granted Protection
सम॑ वचो निशम्यैव बलदेवस्य धीमत: । पुनरेव सभामध्ये सर्वे ते समुपाविशन्,परम बुद्धिमान् बलरामजीके उस वचनको सुननेके साथ ही वे सभी वीर फिर उस सभामें मौन होकर बैठ गये
samaṃ vaco niśamyaiva baladevasya dhīmataḥ | punareva sabhāmadhye sarve te samupāviśan ||
เมื่อได้ยินถ้อยคำอันสุขุมและพอดีของพระพลเทวผู้มีปัญญา เหล่าวีรชนทั้งปวงก็กลับไปนั่ง ณ ท่ามกลางสภา และสงบนิ่งอีกครั้ง
