ผู้ใดฆ่าสัตว์ป่ากินเนื้อ (กรวฺยาทะ) พึงถวายโคนมที่มีน้ำนมอุดมเป็นทาน; หากฆ่าสัตว์ไม่กินเนื้อ (อกรวฺยาทะ) พึงถวายโคสาว; และหากฆ่าอูฐ พึงให้ ‘กฤษฺณละ’ คือทองคำตามหน่วยเล็กเป็นการไถ่บาป।
