Transliteration
daivata-svasti-vācaneṣu tat-parā āśiṣo vācayet
Translation
ในพิธีอัญเชิญเทพและการประกาศพร/ถ้อยคำมงคลต่อสาธารณะ พึงให้ประกาศพรที่มุ่งไปยัง (เป้าหมายทางการเมือง/บุคคล) เดียวกันนั้น
