स्वभूम्यवस्थितप्रकृतिसंधिमुपघातमपसृतेषु वा सर्वमनुज्ञातः कुर्वीत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२३ ॥
Transliteration
svabhūmy-avasthita-prakṛti-saṃdhiṃ upaghātaṃ apasṛteṣu vā sarvam anujñātaḥ kurvīta
Translation
หากได้รับอนุญาต เขาพึงดำเนินมาตรการใด ๆ ก็ได้—ไม่ว่าจะเพื่อบ่อนทำลายพันธมิตรและฐานสนับสนุนภายในของศัตรูที่ตั้งอยู่ในดินแดนของตนเอง หรือ (เมื่อพวกนั้นได้ถอยออกไปแล้ว) โจมตีพวกเขาไม่ว่าที่ใดก็ตามที่พวกเขาอยู่
