दुष्टपौरजानपदो वा न्यायवृत्तिरन्यां भूमिं याचेत ॥ कZ_०७.१५.२४ ॥
Transliteration
duṣṭa-paurajānapado vā nyāya-vṛttir anyāṃ bhūmiṃ yāceta
Translation
หากชาวเมืองและชาวชนบทเป็นคนเลว/เป็นปฏิปักษ์ ผู้ที่ยึดมั่นในความประพฤติอันชอบธรรมพึงขออาณาเขตอื่น (เพื่ออยู่อาศัย/ปกครอง)
