विपरीता दण्डधारणा दण्डस्थानम् ॥ कZ_०७.१०.२२ ॥
Transliteration
viparītā daṇḍa-dhāraṇā daṇḍa-sthānam.
Translation
ในทางตรงกันข้าม ดินแดนที่ยึดไว้ด้วยกำลังบังคับย่อมกลายเป็นเพียง ‘ที่ตั้งแห่งการลงโทษ/การบีบบังคับ’
