बाधतीर्थाश्चैताः कार्या राजद्विष्टकारिणां तरणभयात् ॥ कZ_०२.२८.१४ ॥

Transliteration

bādhatīrthāścaitāḥ kāryā rājadviṣṭakāriṇāṃ taraṇabhayāt

Translation

ควรจัดตั้งท่าข้ามที่ถูกกีดขวาง/ควบคุมไว้ เพื่อทำให้การลักลอบข้ามเป็นเรื่องน่ากลัว/ยากลำบากสำหรับผู้ที่กระทำการเป็นปฏิปักษ์ต่อพระราชา
