Transliteration

akāle'tīrthe ca tarataḥ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ

Translation

ผู้ที่ข้ามในเวลาที่ไม่เหมาะสมหรือข้าม ณ จุดที่ไม่ใช่ท่าข้ามที่กำหนด ให้ลงโทษฐาน ‘สาหส’ (การกระทำหุนหัน/ใช้กำลัง) ขั้นแรก (ระดับต่ำสุด)
