Related Themes: Agni Purana 70 (pādapārāma/vṛkṣārāma-pratiṣṭhā context)
It prescribes ritual protocol for vṛkṣārāma-pratiṣṭhā: pay the officiating ācārya double dakṣiṇā and prepare the maṇḍapa and required structures according to prior instructions.
It shows the Agni Purāṇa functioning as a practical ritual and Vāstu manual—covering not only theology but also procedural details like pavilion construction, consecration steps, and priestly remuneration.
The verse states that consecrating a sacred grove/garden destroys pāpa (sin) and yields parā-siddhi—highest religious/spiritual accomplishment—framing environmental piety as a powerful source of merit.
