श्रुत्वापि शब्दप्रभवं किमेतदिति निश्चयम् ॥ करिष्यंस्तत्र चैका‌न्ते दृष्टः पञ्जरगः शुकः ॥

శబ్దం వచ్చిన మూలాన్ని విన్నప్పటికీ ‘ఇది ఏమిటి?’ అని నిర్ణయించుకొని, అక్కడ ఏకాంతంలో పరిశీలిస్తూ పంజరంలో ఉన్న ఒక చిలుకను చూశాడు।
