ātmā ca satataṃ putra rakṣitavyaḥ prayatnataḥ | sarvebhyaḥ śvāpadebhyaśca mlecchebhyastaskarāditaḥ

ఓ కుమారా, నీవు ఎల్లప్పుడూ ప్రయత్నంతో నీను నీవే రక్షించుకోవాలి—అన్ని క్రూర మృగాల నుండి, అలాగే మ్లేచ్ఛులు, దొంగలు మొదలైనవారి నుండి కూడా.
