कपिलोवाच । स्वजीवितभयाद्व्याघ्र न रोदिमि कथंचन । पुत्रो मे बालको गोष्ठ्यां क्षीरपायी प्रतीक्षते
kapilovāca | svajīvitabhayādvyāghra na rodimi kathaṃcana | putro me bālako goṣṭhyāṃ kṣīrapāyī pratīkṣate
కపిలా చెప్పింది—హే వ్యాఘ్రా, నా ప్రాణభయంతో నేను ఏమాత్రం ఏడవడం లేదు. గోశాలలో పాలు తాగే నా చిన్న దూడ నా కోసం ఎదురుచూస్తోంది.
