त्वरितं तु जयं गत्वा पूर्वकं विधिमाचरेत् । अश्वं दद्याद्द्विजाग्र्याय जयपूर्वाभिनिर्गतम्

Transliteration

tvaritaṃ tu jayaṃ gatvā pūrvakaṃ vidhimācaret | aśvaṃ dadyāddvijāgryāya jayapūrvābhinirgatam

Translation

త్వరగా ‘జయ’కు చేరి ముందుగా చెప్పిన విధిని ఆచరించాలి. ‘జయ’ ప్రాంతం నుండి వచ్చిన గుర్రాన్ని ఒక శ్రేష్ఠ బ్రాహ్మణునికి దానం చేయాలి.
