प्रप्र वस्त्रिष्टुभमिषं मन्दद्वीरायेन्दवे । धिया वो मेधसातये पुरंध्या विवासति ॥

Transliteration

prá-prá vaḥ triṣṭúbham íṣam mandád-vīrāya índave | dhiyā́ vo medhā́-sātaye purandhyā́ vívāsati ||

Translation

మళ్లీ మళ్లీ ఆమె మీకొరకు త్రిష్టుభ్-ఛందస్సు యొక్క ప్రేరణాబలాన్ని, వీరులలో ఆనందించే సోమ (ఇందు) కొరకు పోషక ‘ఇష్’ (ఉద్వేగ/పోషణ) ను ముందుకు తెస్తుంది. ‘ధియా’ (చింతన) ద్వారా ఆమె మీ ‘మేధాసాతి’—దీప్త బుద్ధి-సాధన—కోసం సేవ చేస్తుంది; ‘పురంధీ’ (పూర్ణత-శక్తి) ఆరాధనను సమర్పిస్తుంది.
