सत्यमिद्वा उ तं वयमिन्द्रं स्तवाम नानृतम् । महाँ असुन्वतो वधो भूरि ज्योतींषि सुन्वतो भद्रा इन्द्रस्य रातयः ॥
Transliteration
satyám íd vā́ u táṃ vayám índraṃ stavāma nā́nṛtam | mahā́ṃ ásunvato vadhó bhū́ri jyótīṃṣi sunvató bhadrā́ índrasya rātáyaḥ ||
Translation
నిజంగా ఆ ఇంద్రునినే మేము స్తుతిస్తాము—అసత్యాన్ని కాదు. సోమాన్ని పిండని వానికి మహా దండం (వధ) ఉంది; సోమాన్ని పిండే వానికి అనేక జ్యోతులు ఉన్నాయి. ఇంద్రుని దానాలు మంగళకరమైనవి.
