Sukta 8.31

Devata: Iḷā (and allied powers of nourishment/plenty); household prosperity as divine action

अस्य प्रजावती गृहेऽसश्चन्ती दिवेदिवे । इळा धेनुमती दुहे ॥

ásya prajā́-vatī gṛhé’śaścantī divé-dive | iḷā́ dhenu-mátī duhe ||

అతని గృహంలో ప్రజావతీ (సంతానసమృద్ధి) గల పోషకశక్తి దివేదివే నిరంతరం సంచరిస్తుంది; ఇళా, ధేనుమతీ (సమృద్ధి యొక్క పాలగావి), పోషణ ధారలను దోహుతుంది.
