न यजमान रिष्यसि न सुन्वान न देवयो । देवानां य इन्मनो यजमान इयक्षत्यभीदयज्वनो भुवत् ॥
Transliteration
ná yajamāna riṣyasi ná sunvāna ná devayo | devā́nāṃ yá ín máno yajamā́na iyákṣaty abhī́d áyajvano bhuvat ||
Translation
యజమానా, నీవు హానిలో పడవు—సోమాన్ని పీడించే వాడవైనా, దేవులను అన్వేషించే వాడవైనా. యజమాని దేవులపై మనస్సును నిలిపి యజ్ఞం అర్పించినప్పుడు, తనలో యజ్ఞాన్ని నిరాకరించే ‘అయజ్వ’ (అయజ్ఞశీల) భాగాలపై విజేతగా అవుతాడు.
