त्वं पुरं चरिष्ण्वं वधैः शुष्णस्य सं पिणक् । त्वं भा अनु चरो अध द्विता यदिन्द्र हव्यो भुवः ॥
Transliteration
tváṃ púraṃ cariṣṇváṃ vadháiḥ śúṣṇasya sáṃ piṇak | tváṃ bhā́ ánu caró ádha dvitā́ yád indra hávyo bhúvaḥ ||
Translation
నీ నీ దెబ్బలతో శుష్ణుని చలించే పురం (కోట) ను చూర్ణం చేశావు. నీవు భా (ప్రకాశం) ను అనుసరించి నడిచావు; ఆపై మళ్లీ, హే ఇంద్రా, నీవు ద్వితీయంగా కూడా ‘హవ్య’—ఆహ్వానయోగ్యుడు—అవుతావు; పిలుపు వచ్చినప్పుడు హవి-యజ్ఞార్థం తిరిగి వస్తావు.
