सं यज्जनौ सुधनौ विश्वशर्धसाववेदिन्द्रो मघवा गोषु शुभ्रिषु । युजं ह्यन्यमकृत प्रवेपन्युदीं गव्यं सृजते सत्वभिर्धुनिः ॥

Transliteration

sáṃ yáj janáu sudhánau viśváśardhasāv áved índro maghávā́ góṣu śubhriṣú | yújaṃ hy ànyám ákṛt pravepany úd īṃ gavyáṃ sṛjate sátvabhīr dhúniḥ ||

Translation

ప్రకాశించే గోవులు (కిరణాలు) మధ్య, విశ్వశర్ధస (సర్వవ్యాపి సమూహబలాలు)తో కూడి, సుధనౌ (సుసంచిత) అయిన రెండు జనులను దానశీలి ఇంద్రుడు కనుగొన్నప్పుడు, ఒకడిని మరొకడికి యుజం (యోక-సహచరుడు)గా చేశాడు. కంపింపజేసే ధుని (dhuni) అయిన అతడు, తన సత్వాలు (శక్తులు) ద్వారా, ప్రకాశమయ గవ్యాన్ని (గో-ధనము/కిరణాలు) పైకి విడుదల చేస్తాడు.
