अधा ह यद्वयमग्ने त्वाया पड्भिर्हस्तेभिश्चकृमा तनूभिः । रथं न क्रन्तो अपसा भुरिजोॠतं येमुः सुध्य आशुषाणाः ॥

Transliteration

adhā́ ha yád vayám agne tvāyā́ paṭ-bhír hástebhiś cakṛmā́ tanū́bhiḥ | ráthaṃ ná krántaḥ ápasā bhuríjo ṛtáṃ yémuḥ su-dhyá āśuṣāṇā́ḥ ||

Translation

అప్పుడు, ఓ అగ్నీ, మేము మా అడుగులతోను, చేతులతోను, మా దేహాలతోనే నీకోసం కర్మను నిర్మించినప్పుడు—శ్రమచేత రథంలా ముందుకు సాగుతూ—శుద్ధబుద్ధిగల, త్వరిస్తు ప్రేరణగల జనులు ఋత (ṛta) అనే సత్య-వ్యవస్థను దృఢంగా ధరిస్తారు గాక.
