Sukta 4.12
यथा ह त्यद्वसवो गौर्यं चित्पदि षिताममुञ्चता यजत्राः । एवो ष्वस्मन्मुञ्चता व्यंहः प्र तार्यग्ने प्रतरं न आयुः ॥
yáthā ha tyád vasavo gáuryam cit pádi sitā́m ámuñcata yajatrāḥ | evó s(v) asmán muñcatā́ vy àṃháḥ prá tāry agne prataráṃ na ā́yuḥ ||
యజనీయ వసువులారా! ఒకప్పుడు వలలో బంధింపబడిన ‘గౌరీ’ని కూడా మీరు బంధనస్థితి నుండి విడిపించినట్లే, ఇప్పుడు మమ్మల్ని ఈ ‘వ్యంహ’ (ఇరుకు/సంకటము) నుండి విడిపించండి. హే అగ్నీ! మమ్మల్ని ముందుకు నడిపించు—మరింత ఉత్తమమైన దాటుదలకూ, మరింత విజయవంతమైన ఆయుష్షు-పూర్ణతకూ.
