Sukta 3.32
त इन्न्वस्य मधुमद्विविप्र इन्द्रस्य शर्धो मरुतो य आसन् । येभिर्वृत्रस्येषितो विवेदामर्मणो मन्यमानस्य मर्म ॥
tá ín nv asya mádhumad vivipra índrasya śárdho marúto yá āsan | yébhir vṛtrásyeṣitó vivédā́marmáṇo mányamānasya márma ||
వారే—మధుమత్ (మధుర ప్రేరక) విప్రులైన మరుతులు—ఇంద్రుని శర్ధః (దళం/సమూహం) అయ్యారు. వారితో కలిసి, ప్రేరేపింపబడి నడిపింపబడుతున్నప్పటికీ తన్ను అఘాత్యుడనని భావించిన వృత్రుని మర్మం—అతని ప్రాణస్థలమైన రహస్య బలహీన బిందువు—అని ఆయన కనుగొన్నాడు.
