Narada (teaching a practical ritual procedure within Vedanga-oriented instruction)
Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: bhakti
It emphasizes purification and auspiciousness through mantra-empowered water: self-aspersion and drinking japta-jala are presented as practical means to cultivate saubhāgya (well-being and good fortune).
By prescribing mantra-japa and sanctified water as daily discipline, it frames devotion as lived practice—remembrance through japa that purifies the body-mind and supports steady worship.
It highlights ritual precision—counted japa (twenty-five repetitions) and morning timing—reflecting technical nitya-karma procedure and mantra-application used in Vedic ritual practice.
