The Exposition of the Krishna Mantra (Kṛṣṇa-mantra-prakāśa): Nyāsa, Dhyāna, Worship, Yantra, and Prayoga

हयमारद्वयेनैव हृदि मूर्ध्नि तथा पुनः । पद्मद्वयं च विधिवत्ततः शीर्षे समर्पयेत् ॥ ५६ ॥

hayamāradvayenaiva hṛdi mūrdhni tathā punaḥ | padmadvayaṃ ca vidhivattataḥ śīrṣe samarpayet || 56 ||

‘హయమారా’ యుగ్మమంత్రంతో ముందుగా హృదయంలో, మళ్లీ శిరోమధ్య శిఖరంపై న్యాసం చేయాలి; అనంతరం విధివిధానంగా ‘పద్మ’ యుగ్మాన్ని శిరస్సుపై సమర్పించాలి।
